By signing this release I do hereby provide license/authorization to Afflatus Magazine (hereafter referred to as the Magazine) to publish my images in their magazine, on their website, or in any advertisement or promotional materials, including third-party.

I understand that my images may be altered (cropping, resizing, etc.) in order to fit the layout of the Magazine. The images may be combined with other images, text, and graphics. I agree to provide to the Magazine with high quality images as per their guidelines). I understand that there are no commissions or payments for providing my images, and that I shall receive no royalties from the use of my images. I understand that in exchange for my images I shall receive public accreditation and digital tear sheets for my images.

I understand that any information I give the Magazine about myself may be published. I understand that any information that can be found about myself through my online portfolio(s) may be published. I understand that any critical analysis of the images/my work is the opinion of the Magazine journalist(s) and may not reflect my own intentions behind the images/my work.

I release the Magazine from any harm in publishing the given content and any biographies/interviews/critical analysis that may accompany. The Magazine will be held harmless in any digital manipulation, distortion, optical illusions, post-processing, etc.—whether intentional or unintentional.

I agree that I am the copyright owner of the images, or have permission from the copyright owner to submit these images. I understand that the Magazine will only have a right to use the images, and that copyright will remain with the copyright owner. I agree that I am of legal age, and have not broken any previous contracts. I agree that I have permission from those involved in the images to submit, and I understand that it is my responsibility to inform them of publication, not the Magazine’s.

This agreement shall allow the rights of use and all set forth above for only photos or artwork submitted. I hereby affirm that I have read the above release, and agree to adhere by the Magazine’s agreements.
